EILERS STREET RESIDENCE
The existing house, located on a 50′ lot was just over 900 square feet. The original form of the house was maintained at the front. The greater part of the addition, located in the back, is two levels in order to preserve the large back yard and 20″ caliper pecan tree which shades the entire rear of the house. The steel cantilevered carport allowed for parking at the side of the house. The total project area is just over 2,000 square feet.
